Happy 36 Years!

Happy 36th Wedding Anniversary
to my parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Mason!
"I received you as parents on the day I wed your son. So I just want to thank you for all that you have done. You gave to me a special man with whom I share my life. You're his loving parents and I'm blessed to be his wife. Your faith, hope and kindness are qualities that we treasure. But most of all we appreciate the love you give without measure. So we celebrate you both on your anniversary day.And we all love you more than words can say" -anonymous

Celebrating One Year

Bryan and I celebrated our one year anniversary this past week with lots of activities! First we went out to celebrate on our actual anniversary day (2/13) to Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood for a romantic dinner! Then we decided to continue to celebrate our one year by taking a trip to Northern California to hang out in San Fran, Napa and Sonoma. B is so romantic...we were strolling around San Fran and we went to the exact spot where he proposed to me almost 2 years ago! Then he pulled out a tiffany's box and said, "Happy Anniversary!" After spending time in San Fran we drove to Napa and stopped at Domaine Carneros Winery for some wine tasting! Then we headed to the Sonoma coast for a night at The Bodega Bay Resort. It was truly a relaxing weekend celebrating our amazing first year of marriage together!

Love...

Dedicated to the most amazing, wonderful, loving, awesome role models a daughter could ask for.  To My Parents...
Tuesday, June 29th, is not just any day for a certain pair of high school sweethearts from a small town called West Point, Mississippi. Tuesday marks the day that a then-long haired accounting student at MSU, Michael Murphy Lowther, and a green eyed baptist sorority "Lancer" girl, Donna June Maddox, were united in a service of a Christian marriage. Mike even sold his two favorite things in order to buy a ring so he could pop the question and win his bride's heart; His beloved cow, "EMMA" and even his motorcycle in exchange for a diamond ring for miss Donna. When he proposed over a romantic dinner at "Shoney's," she said YES and the rest is history!

The small town love birds left their roots when Mike graduated from MSU and built a life together traveling all over, experiencing life as newlyweds in Memphis, Chicago and Houston where they settled down to have three perfect children, (wink!) and live happily ever after.

Mom and Dad, you have shown unconditional love, support, and the precious gift of serving as role models, leading by example through your dedication, value, character and commitment towards one another through your marriage. Your family and friends love you more than you know!

Congratulations for 36 Wonderful Years of Marriage Donna June and Michael Murphy Lowther!
As the French say,  Salud! "Bon Anniversaire De Mariage!"
Happy 36th Anniversary Mom and Dad!

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. And now these three remain. Faith, Hope and Love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13.
